AutoNation Toyota Winter Park

I have never had a problem with their service center until recently. Went for an oil change, new battery, and new headlight. After I paid I checked and they never replaced the headlight, after waiting a until recently. Went for an oil change, new battery, and new headlight. After I paid I checked and they never replaced the headlight, after waiting another HOUR they told me they can't replace because of a handful of normal reasons. However they were happy to tell me they changed out the bulbs and charged me for it and were ready to let me drive off the lot. It seems to me they didn't even check the lights and were willing to falsely charge me for something they never did and couldn't have completed even if they wanted to. I eventually got my money back for the work they never did, but I no longer trust this location. How do I know they even changed the oil or did any of the other routine maintenance they did they dud? More

Both Jose the salesman and Jose the used car sales manager were friendly and their work ethics were very professional. Show me all the numbers on paper and explained everything to me and promised me t manager were friendly and their work ethics were very professional. How ever the finance guy was friendly until I told him I didn't want any add ons, just sign the loan contract. His attitude and demeaner shot a 180 degrees and became very distant and acted as if I was bothering him. At the end of the transaction I stood up to leave and he never stood up or reach out to shake my hand and never said thank you and good luck with your new purchase. I spend money in your establishment and I couldnt even get a thank you. Im sorry but that is very unprofessional in my opinion and thats why you get 3 stars More
