This dealership usually says they will finish your service in under a hour… my regular routine service took TWO HOURS, just for the tech to text me photos of what needed to be done. My appointment was service in under a hour… my regular routine service took TWO HOURS, just for the tech to text me photos of what needed to be done. My appointment was at 10am. At 11:15am, I was told there was a nail in my tire and it was currently being fixed… shouldn't take much longer. At 12pm I asked for an update and was told to meet the tech at the service desk. He asked me to sign the paperwork and sent me on my way with zero explanation to what was done on my truck. I am extremely frustrated that I had to reach out multiple times for an update on when my routine service would be done. When I finally got the keys to my truck, I got in it only to see whoever worked on my truck left their trash on my passenger seat (crumbled up water bottles and a snack wrapper). My truck is not your trash can! Once this lease is up, I will be turning in my truck and never going back to this dealership. More
