I don't care that they sold it, but I do care that they allowed me to end up wasting over 5 hours of my day off and did not call me to inform the vehicle I had an appointment to see was sold before I drove down for my 10 o'clock appointment. This was incredibly disrespectful of my time and potential patronage, and I recommend going to any of the other numerous dealerships on Broadway. We ended up finding a vehicle that better fit our needs and had a much more pleasant experience at Groove Subaru down the road. More

Kasey also helped me find a protection package at a reasonable price that covers the car till five years from purchase date or 145,000 miles, whichever comes first. In short, I am very pleased. More
