Since Jay and Mike has been taking over service the communication has improved 100% However I still hate the car. On August 28 2023 I traded in a Ram truck for a 2023 VW Taos. Love the vehicle, but as of September 11, 2023 I have not received the the check for the difference of the trade in and the Ram truck has not b Taos. It’s well beyond the ten day payoff time frame that was promised. I have been given the run around with the check, which is in excess of $43,000.00.
