Horrible communication, incompetent people when you do get someone on the phone, no one seems to know what’s going on. When you do get ahold of someone the response is always “I’ll hand them a note and th get someone on the phone, no one seems to know what’s going on. On top of that they’ve had my brothers car for 3 weeks, to repair a coolant hose and manifold ($1,300) and for a new valve cover ($1,700). There have been zero updates and you have to call about 10 times to get ahold of anyone when you do call. My brother is a disabled veteran and uses his car for his job, so he has not been able to work for 3 weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable. As of two days ago, they said they repaired everything, but the check engine light was still coming on, and it was having some issues, so they allegedly contacted the tech dept at corporate, and they had "48 hrs" to respond, they have to, or they'll get in trouble. She said before the 48hrs that she would call the next day, and the next day, she did not call at all. My brother called 10x in a row yesterday late afternoon before he got someone on the phone, and it’s been well over 48hrs. The guy didn't know anything, he told me the same thing they keep saying "I'll hand them a note and they'll call you back." He’s heard that at least a dozen times, and no one has ever called him once. More
