I honestly hate this place more every time I go. Do yourself a favor and go to a jiffy lube over savannah vw. The only reason I came was for my recalled part and free servicing. They had my car all day and said it was ready, they then said they forgot to do the oil change. Took over an hour to finish. Another whole day ruined by savannah VW. Also second time in a row my tire light has come on the day after taking it here. First time they missed an actual nail found when I got home from their servicing. This time they also did 0 cleaning of the exterior and interior. This has been a courtesy at every other dealership I've ever been to. Next recalled part will be taken to Hilton head. Good riddance. More

Financial officer added unnecessary extras to drive up price without my permission and knowledge and when confronted next day lied and stated finance company needed it to reduce interest rating. I spoke price without my permission and knowledge and when confronted next day lied and stated finance company needed it to reduce interest rating. I spoke to finance company who stated the extra wheel and tire and etc. never plays into determining interest and I will be reporting to BBB. He never even provided me documents on what the extras are for to this day. Very shady and one of the reasons Dealers have bad reputations. More

I will not return to this dealer for basic maintenance. My oil change took over two hours to complete. The service rep told me it was because they were short staffed due to call ins over the Easter weekend My oil change took over two hours to complete. The service rep told me it was because they were short staffed due to call ins over the Easter weekend; however, if that’s the case, it is best to let your customers know that when they check in so that they’re able to manage expectations about how long everything will take. Reading other reviews, it seems this is not a one off experience. Everyone is short-staffed right now & I’m generally pretty patient, but it would help to let your customers know up front when you are short staffed. More

We'd almost lost hope dealing with the HH location but are happy so far with the Savannah dealer. I've given only four stars to "Price" because I compare to the local Honda dealer. They give you "the works" (oil change, brake inspection, replenish all the fluids and would clean my Pilot inside and out while I was sipping on coffee) for $49.99. Compared to that VW has a long way to go, but all else checks out fine otherwise. More
