I don’t like that they text me meaningless pictures while I’m working and my spouse is at the dealership waiting for the car. They should talk to her. I’m used to “a new pad is x thick. That’s about x% worn I’m working and my spouse is at the dealership waiting for the car. They should talk to her. I’m used to “a new pad is x thick. That’s about x% worn. We recommend replacing at y% worn.” It allows for educated decision making. All they told her was “you need new pads.” They proceeded to then make her feel she would be causing my vehicular death if she didn’t get them. She felt bullied into buying them. They recommended 2 services, but would only take a coupon for one of them. I can understand not allowing double coupons for the same service, but they recommended 2 things. They should take a coupon for each. More
