I'm still waiting on a service repair from December 2021. I have made numerous attempts to contact the service department, when I do speak to Bryce, all I get is empty promises. I have left numerous messages for the GM and AGM and have never received all call from either one of them. I'm so very disappointed with my experience with Autonation VW of Savannah. Maybe through this review I will get their attention and finally get the repairs needed since December 2021. I've been left no other options. More

On the day I bought my new vehicle the paperwork took forever to get done, they misspelled my name so many times and had to re-do the paperwork, we provided the paperwork they asked for and somehow mispl forever to get done, they misspelled my name so many times and had to re-do the paperwork, we provided the paperwork they asked for and somehow misplaced it after we had just handed it to them, as they asked for it all over again. Finally, we drove off the lot after they said the vehicle was ready to go and forgot to put the temporary tag on the vehicle and we had to drive back to the dealership to get it put on. After all that, a week before my temporary tag expired I went to get my plate and tags and my vehicle was not registered. I called for a week straight and they couldn't give me a straight answer as to why this wasn't done or even an update, it was super inconvenient and not helpful at all. Turns out the paper work they had us fill out was for the wrong state and I had to find out from the title specialist that is not from this location but was extremely helpful, it also didn't get resolved until the day before my temporary tag expired, no thanks to this awful dealership. Bad business practice on selling the protection and warranty plan. Car is perfect, the sales scheme is a scam. Keep customer waiting for hours, and try to force the protection plus plan by telling ind warranty plan. Car is perfect, the sales scheme is a scam. Keep customer waiting for hours, and try to force the protection plus plan by telling indirect lies and cover up Volkswagen suggesting oil change mileage, which is 10,000 miles. They also don't tell you the new car already came with 2 free oil change, and try to sell you a oil change package. Then they will be trying to sell you a protection plus plan starting at $3000, and will keep haggling price to $800 until you buy them. Waste of my time and left a bad taste in the mouth by the old sales tactics. More

I honestly hate this place more every time I go. Do yourself a favor and go to a jiffy lube over savannah vw. The only reason I came was for my recalled part and free servicing. They had my car all day and said it was ready, they then said they forgot to do the oil change. Took over an hour to finish. Another whole day ruined by savannah VW. Also second time in a row my tire light has come on the day after taking it here. First time they missed an actual nail found when I got home from their servicing. This time they also did 0 cleaning of the exterior and interior. This has been a courtesy at every other dealership I've ever been to. Next recalled part will be taken to Hilton head. Good riddance. More
