Terrible Dealership. Stay Clear Purchased vehicle on 4/12. It broke down on the way home. I was guaranteed it would be fixed at their expense. They said the engine was bad. They still have the vehicle and my money and have not repaired the vehicle. Sam Washington their sales manager will not even return phone calls. Stay Clear of this dealer. Worst I have ever encountered. More

Savannah Volkswagon The dealership provided a no pressure buying experience. Questions were answered effectively and the price, via the Truecar source, was as advertised. I would like to have had a more efficient buying experience from the dealership as a whole. It took approximately six hours to process the vehicle from walkin to walkout despite having my financing already established before arriving. More

Nice place Absolutely nice people there. It's a long process to get approved and work out the transaction details, but they offered drinks and were talking about Absolutely nice people there. It's a long process to get approved and work out the transaction details, but they offered drinks and were talking about all kinds of things to pass the time. it was also pouring down rain and the gentleman there were kind enough to go get my rental so I can pick someone up to help me. The poor guy said standing next to my rental, he was ankle deep in water ! I came back with my boyfriend and his socks were still soaked. I have never meant a sales associate as Ray Fernandez he was so professional and courteous very pleasant and helpful he went above and beyond to make sure I was please and Satisfy with the vehicle I was purchasing. He did an excellent job explaining all the options on our vehicle. Shawn and him made sure all our paperwork were complete and ready to go.
