Sierra is Excellent! I had an awesome experience with my salesperson Sierra! When I got in the first car I test drove with her it was like we were pals. She was not pushy I had an awesome experience with my salesperson Sierra! When I got in the first car I test drove with her it was like we were pals. She was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable and confident during the process (I was buying my first car). Ray, who insisted on helping me when Sierra was unavailable was the opposite. He is a classic used car salesman and tried to sell me a more expensive vehicle that lacked the 4WD I needed. He then made me wait while he typed up notes on my test drive (waste of my time). I felt uncomfortable with his approach to selling me the car and he scheduled a second test drive (with Sierra) for her day off. Sierra came into work anyway and that was quite impressive. Sierra is dedicated to her customers and goes above and beyond. For her short time at Savannah VW she is the best person I dealt with during my experience. Others need to get out of her way so she can better serve her customers! Overall I had a great experience and bought a great car at a great price, and I can't thank Sierra enough for her dedication, and friendliness. More

Savannah VW After a slow start, things went smoothly. Most of the staff seemed pretty down to earth and no one "tried to sell me something". I found the truck I wanted and already had financing through a bank. The sales manager said he could beat the interest rate and did. I was a little hesitant about dealer financing, but it turned out to be from the same bank i was initially using, anyway. Overall, it was great. I definitely recommend Savannah VW and Sierra. More
