We respectfully disagree with your review concerning lying about your credit score, all credit is inquired from Transunion, Equifax or Experian. Let's really take a look at your review, we are contacting you every 3 months to trade in your vehicle yet would lie about your credit score to not sell you a vehicle?!? Not a common practice in the auto industry to not sell vehicles. Without being out of compliance it sounds like you damaged your credit beyond repair to obtain financing for a new loan. We always have "secret conversations behind closed doors" so other potential customers will not accidentally hear your financial problems, we apologize but will stay compliant to confidential information about customers financial situations. If we were a garbage dealership why come back? Good luck in your future dealership experiences, if you would like please contact us and we will remove you from future contact in our system.

I disrespectfully disagree when my credit report from you was trans union and the Chevy dealership in Bethlehem gave me a trans union as well. Not the next day or two days. Literally 2 hours AFTER leaving your dealership. My credit was over a 650 from a ACTUAL dealership. But your same trans union report gave me under 580. So again please tell me how I “damaged my credit” when I went the same day and got a newer model car, went from a sedan to a pickup truck, with a smaller interest rate and lower payment. First time I got called I went in then when I got there they told me I didn’t have the car long enough. Second time I repeated what I was told and rejected. Third time I wanted to see what childish excuse I was going to get. You lied about my credit report because this vehicle had accidents and you didn’t want it back because of that. When I asked for the car fax the employee told me they did not have it but it was never in an accident and this was before your website became updated with the car fax link attached because that feature was not available before. Also there’s not much of a secret to keep when I was the only one inside the building at the time but that’s neither here nor there. The only person that’s nice at the auto shop is the guy behind the counter. The mechanics don’t know what they are talking about either. The fact remains your dealership legally scams people by withholding specific information about a vehicle. Not to mention that the hellcats, Hondas, Audis, Maseratis, get abused and driven until their bought by someone desperate enough to buy it. Seen the dealer plate on that hellcat long enough to see a burn out on 222 by Amazon before they sold it. I’ll put my hand on the Bible and repeat everything I just said don’t disrespect me with your ASSumptions about a “damaged credit score”
