I like the fact that they are very transparent about the vehicles they sell. They are salvage title vehicles. They are happy to show what happened to the car and show what parts were replaced. Called in multiple times asking for sales manager, to then be promised he would return my call more than once. Then one of the sales reps i was working with wouldn’t budge on pricing. I wanted to pay outright and purchase a vehicle but cash price was the same as financing for the used car! I sell solar panels, and understand how commission works. You guys need to get people who don’t look at people as dollar signs when they hear “I’m willing to pay cash same day if it works for me” general rule of thumb most people know growing up in this society, financing apr rates shouldn’t be the same price as cash option. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. More

I was in the car business before and I know what a high-pressure business it is but Cameron and other people in the dealership were very laid-back easy-going and didn’t put any pressure on me we haven high-pressure business it is but Cameron and other people in the dealership were very laid-back easy-going and didn’t put any pressure on me we haven’t purchased a car yet but I think when we do we will be back to see Cameron she’s a fine new extension to the car business The old way of selling cars is out when I was in the business it was you couldn’t let someone go without seeing a closer or a manager and that doesn’t work once in a while it does but your buyers will always be unhappy More

James did his job very well and made my purchase experience amazing, when I contacted him regarding my issues he made sure service contacted me immediately. Thank you James. Now for the service department. Before I made the first payment on the truck it wouldn’t start, I did my homework and trouble shot the issue, it was the TIPM, had the truck towed at my expense, they trouble shot and said fuel pump, replaced the fuel pump, truck wouldn’t start. Again I told them it’s the TIPM (or fuse box) so they ordered it and installed. Meanwhile I missed work without having a truck, had to pay for both the fuel pump and TIPM. They ate the labor cost (thanks) get my truck back and notice that the paint on my grille, and front bumper has been damaged, and my o2 sensor was left unplugged dangling on the motor (I’m informed by the service manager too bad so sad more or less) later I get pulled over, no license plate light. Again, left dangling (remember fuel pump? Pulled bed off to access top of tank?) now the LED lights I installed to better my plates visibility are broken from dangling and bouncing off the bumper. I could go into depth on the poor service from the maintenance side but between this, getting pulled over, and the time wasted from them not listening to a customer it’s not worth anymore of my time. Back to a positive note, the sales team and finance were absolutely amazing to work with. I hope the service department learns to value customers. More
