I had a terrible experience with this dealership. It started out fine as I was looking into buying a mercedes amg with them and I had good back and forth discussions with one of their sales people. U It started out fine as I was looking into buying a mercedes amg with them and I had good back and forth discussions with one of their sales people. Unfortunately however that salesman represented to me a price including an extended warranty which I had made clear was an absolute necessity if I was going to buy the car given my concerns about used cars. On the basis of the pricing information and the warranty I ordered an inspection. Post the inspection the manager informed me that an extended warranty wasn't available on this vehicle after all. I told him what his sales man had said repeatedly and he said that the sales man was just wrong. I asked him to refund the inspection cost given the misrepresentation on the warranty but he just ignored all my emails. I would not recommend anyone buy from them. Hazen Hancock is the manager.
