Service department kept me informed by phone. There was some delay in obtaining parts, but in and out in 2 days. Warranty purchased from Waynesville Chevy appropriately covered defect. I will c There was some delay in obtaining parts, but in and out in 2 days. Warranty purchased from Waynesville Chevy appropriately covered defect. I will continue to use this service department. Not sure if the Chevy service department is related to the jeep service department next door as it is also Autostar, but that department the worst I have ever used. I purchased 2 cars from the jeep dealership a few years ago and will never return after needing service on 2 occasions with that department holding my vehicle for up to 1.5 and 2 months, unprecedented in my experience with any major dealerships in my lifetime. I will continue to shop at the Chevy dealership as long as they are run independently and the service does not mirror the jeep service department. More
