There is just no customer service. Total technician/mechanic disconnect. They just want you to pay with no questions on what you’re paying for? I sat for three plus hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter change. They were supposed to install new wind deflectors but after 3 hours then told be they ordered the wrong ones. But still better than Harry’s in Asheville! The wait there would have been 8 hours. So what do you do? More

I had a wonderful experience getting my new Chevrolet Trax LT. Dawson Griggs was certainly a factor in my choosing to deal locally. I was impressed with how he explained the features of the Trax and how he made me comfortable by explaining the operations on the test drive. He and Juan Arreguin Rojo worked well as a team to get me the optimum arrangement for financing. Very disappointed on my visit. Went in to replace my air compressor same day drove off car turned off. Machical issues on their part when replacing my compressor yet didn't admit. There were no light indicating I had a bad alternator when I drop off. Never will I trust them and still had the nerve to charge me for their mistakes after already spending 1200.00 and trying to charge me 1100 to replace my alternator that they broke when replacing my compressor what a joke. More
