Extremely unprofessional! I brought my car in on a Friday morning because the check engine light kept coming on an I was losing power in it. Took it in, and they found a couple I brought my car in on a Friday morning because the check engine light kept coming on an I was losing power in it. Took it in, and they found a couple of other things wrong with it, but REFUSED to run the tests I asked for to find out the main issue. Then, when I called this morning to check on it (Tuesday morning), they got mad that I asked why they haven't done it. We just decided to go pick the car up and take it to someone else. When we got there, Greg Zecher (them man I also spoke on the phone with) actually raised his voice at us because we didn't want them to do the work on the car. I was so taken back by the lack of professionalism and customer service with this establishment. Greg Zecher is the assistant manager of the office. This man should never have been aloud to have a position with the attitude he brought. More
