Shadiest car dealership I have ever worked with. For days they wasted my time giving me the run around on a used vehicle. We text at least 50-60 times, multiple phone calls and finally had a deal. After running my credit I notice the deal on paper was not as discussed. I point it out and then was told I misunderstood even though I have text evidence that I was not misunderstanding. Conveniently the sales manager I was dealing with the whole time was not available to talk after the “misunderstanding”. These guys wasted hours upon hours of my time for days only to try and get one over on me after telling me one thing. Do not trust this dealership and staff they are your basic car salesman with nothing but their own interest in mind and will try to take advantage of you. Should have looked at all these terrible reviews on here about them before I proceeded dealing with this clown show. More

The car was said to have gone through a 100 point inspection by the dealership to assure that it was a quality car. 2 tires were bald on the back. Staff said service checked them and ok. Local tire n inspection by the dealership to assure that it was a quality car. 2 tires were bald on the back. Staff said service checked them and ok. Local tire national chain said too dangerous to have on road. Then windshield washer fluid container cracked and won't hold any fluid. All in less than 1 week from Purchase. Dealership has been non responsive to my calls from salesperson, to finance person, to general manager. More
I brought my vehicle in months ago for an oil leak. They inspected and said there was no oil leak. I came in the other day for an oil change, and was told I have a very large oil leak. I brought it in twice for that reason and nothing happened. Now I get to pay again to have somebody tell me what's wrong with it. Still waiting on that call back. Yay!?? More
The service I had that day was fine but we just got back from a cruise where the port lot had flooded while we were gone due to historic rainfall and flooding. Requested an appointment to have it looked over as 300+ cars were totaled or damaged in the lot where we were and we had water coming out of the exhaust pipe when started. Our insurance advised us to have it look over by a mechanic for any signs of damage from the salt water to determine if a claim is warranted but your dealership would not look at it because it did not get wet on the inside, Stated they cloud only check it over if it had wet carpet. We are concerned more about under the hood and electrical issues that may pop up later as we had no way of knowing how much water was up under it or for how long. However, the competition in Asheville has us scheduled to look it over for us. More
