Eric greeted me upon arrival, inquiring about my needs. He kept me updated during the service process and was very helpful, setting up a future appointment for further service. Took my vehicle in to have the A/C fixed. Was told it would be $140 just to diagnose the problem and none of that would go toward the repair.
