I contacted my service representative later that morning with the problem I was having with the vehicle. By noon of the same day they had worked my car into the already busy schedule of the day to give me what needed to be done. Late that afternoon, the work was completed. I know all dealerships are busy on Friday with all the regularly scheduled appointments but they went above and beyond to see a long time customer being satisfied again. More
