When dealing directly with the Service Manager, my concerns were partially addressed. As for the Service Reps themselves, don't bother wasting your breath. The mechanic's skill levels may rival a Ki concerns were partially addressed. As for the Service Reps themselves, don't bother wasting your breath. The mechanic's skill levels may rival a Kia dealership, but a higher standard should be met when toting a BMW logo. Surely there is a better place to go within the DFW area. More
