Karla is great. Responsive ,helpful,and kept me informed. Kenny did a good job picking me up in a timely manner. Your phone service needs big help. After you get transferred to bmw service , you sit in Kenny did a good job picking me up in a timely manner. Your phone service needs big help. After you get transferred to bmw service , you sit in purgatory for an amazing waste of time. I hung up after 10 mins. Called back and wasted 5 mins more. Then I quit. I nearly called a closer dealership but was mad enough ,I just quit for the day. REALLY BAD PHONE SERVICE. Everything else was great No one picks up. More
