I'd just got out of the hospital and couldn't 'drive. My car had a flat on a run flat tire but I had no way of getting it to the dealership. Karla was my service advisor. Autobahn always treats their customers with respect. They make sure you are taken care of. My service advisor Mark Britton is always helpful and makes sure I’m kept in the loop about my service.
