I was very pleased that Mercedes actually had the safety feature I was looking for. Several other dealerships said they had that feature, but when I got there, it was a different story! Complete incompetence. Their full service car inspection apparently does NOT include inspection under the hood. Car was never fixed on 3 separate visits. Never again will I go back here.
