First time coming to this dealership for service. I was going to a different dealership that is about 5 minutes from my house for a long time for repeat issues on my 2018 GLC. They have been the same prob going to a different dealership that is about 5 minutes from my house for a long time for repeat issues on my 2018 GLC. They have been the same problems since I bought it new and the other dealer was not able to duplicate. My issues with them were not that they weren’t able to duplicate but they do not keep me up to date in progress, nor seem to do anything other than hold the vehicle for a few hours and then send it back to me. The problems are intermittent issues and how can you duplicate something that happens 30% of the time in less than a few hours of having the vehicle? Autobahn service advisor has great communication, kept me in the loop every few hours on progress of each troubleshooting steps, and also informed me they would like to hold the vehicle longer to test further. That’s 100 times more than what my other dealership was doing. I will be coming back to Autobahn for my future needs even though it is about 30 mins away from my house. More

I own a 2012 c250 and this was my first dealership that I've ever taken my car to and it will be the only one I'll ever go to! They take care of your car well, they fix the problem without breaking your bank account, they give you a nice courtesy loaner car AND clean your car before giving it back to you! I was left on the sales floor with little communication after initial contact and test drive with salesmen (2). Finance rep (Ken) was less than cordial. Poor communication between team members. My partner and I are so impressed with their team (all departments) that I felt compelled to post this review. It took my partner a few days and three visits to the dealership to finally make the decision to purchase her Mercedes-Benz GLA 250. After each educational visit, she would come back home and prepare a list of more questions to ask our salesperson, Vikrom. Trust me, she asked all sorts of questions to make sure that she was making the best purchase decision for her wants and needs. Vikrom was patient and never once made her or I feel rushed or pressured to buy. After she decided to move forward with the purchase, we were connected with Weis in the finance department. Weis did a wonderful job to help secure a very attractive rate for a car loan -- one far more superior than even what our credit union could provide to us. The team at Mercedes-Benz Autobahn Motor is just amazing! Recently, my partner took her car in to get serviced and worked with Ralph. She came home and only had wonderful things to say about him. Ralph spoke with her about the condition of her car in layman's terms. We mortals that do not have auto mechanical experience are unlucky and do not understand auto mechanic jargon, so this was a bonus! He was honest about the test readings and shared with her when/if she even needed to address the results. She truly felt like he cared about her experience and not just "selling." Was pleased with the knowledgeable response to the need to rekey this car. When I picked it up, I was pleased with the efficiency and courtesy of the Service desk staff and the immaculate interior (it nee to rekey this car.
