Absolutely fantastic experience. I do most of my own work and service, but I had a safety recall on my macan. Brought it in and Andy was quick to get me scheduled. I dropped it off, got a sweet loaner car, away I went. I got the video of the inspection and the recommendations, both items are to be addressed by myself in the next two weeks already. They did not pressure me to get into any add on services and the parts department even took care of me with the faulty timing chain cover bolts (original bolts are aluminum and are very, very prone to break and cause oil leaks. The new ones are steel). This is the exact opposite of the experience I had at the dealership from which I purchased the vehicle. I would readily take my vehicle back to autobahn if I ever needed something serviced dealer specific, and will most likely look to them in a year when it's time to get my next Porsche. More

In 2024, while servicing my Panamera, I met General Manager David Morrison. He took the time to personally assist me with a repair, answer my questions, and explain leasing options—never once seeming rushed despite his busy role. It was a very hard decision to trade in my Panamera, but after too many negative encounters on the road with other drivers, I felt it was the right move. In March 2025, David guided me through the search for a new car and introduced me to sales representative Ben Morales, who is truly outstanding. I first chose a 2025 Macan EV, but when that car malfunctioned, Ben quickly arranged pickup, provided a loaner, and even put me in a Cayenne to test drive. I discovered I preferred the Cayenne, and David & Ben made the switch to my perfect Cayenne e-hybrid seamless. Autobahn’s team goes above and beyond.
