Typical visit to Autobahn Porsche for a service, quickly checked in, everything was explained, and on my way out of their way until the car was ready. This visit, I arrived without a loaner reservation to find the car required additional scheduled services that meant a longer wait than anticipated. No loaners were available so I asked about a local rental car. As they were giving me directions, someone returned a loaner early, the service writer made that available and I was able to reach my appointment on time. I finished my appointment about three hours later, just as I received word that my car was ready. Michael had everything ready when I returned, and I was on the road home quickly. More
