No loaners were available so I asked about a local rental car. As they were giving me directions, someone returned a loaner early, the service writer made that available and I was able to reach my appointment on time. I finished my appointment about three hours later, just as I received word that my car was ready. Michael had everything ready when I returned, and I was on the road home quickly. More
