He was very friendly and polite to my needs and wants. I received great service. Also, the Finance Manager Jason McManus worked very hard to get me finance for the ML350. My credit score wasn't prefect, and Charles and Jason helped me fully to the maxed so that I could get the ML350. This was my first vehicle that I ever finance, I always buy used cars and pay cash for all of them, however I wanted to finance a car.
