I came in on a Thursday evening, after finding the vehicle I had been seeking on Autotrader. I walked around, thru interior of dealership, and was somewhat un noticed- no high pressure or just no one vehicle I had been seeking on Autotrader. But once within Charles view he immediately asked to help me and was genuine in his interest in what i was seeking. His attention from then on, thru the test drive to purchase, he made every effort to make my purchase happen, my sale was a tough one as my trade in was way upside down and I had minimal down for purchase, his efforts and the folks i did not deal with behind the scenes made this 50/50 purchase potential a reality.
