My experience at Dedham Auto Mall and especially with Chris Leitao was fantastic. He seemen to take my personality into consideratiion when helping ne find a car. They really do go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I never once got the sense that they just wanted to sell me any car with any crumby loan. I found my 2010 Acura TSX in an online search for a used vehicle. I really liked the Acuras 2009 or newer and I had driven a few but was looking for the best price for the newest vehicle with the lowest mi vehicle. I really liked the Acuras 2009 or newer and I had driven a few but was looking for the best price for the newest vehicle with the lowest miles, I couldn't beat the deal for the Acura I found at Dedham Auto Mall and I called and Chris and I set up an appointment for early the next day and drove almost an hour to see the car. It was in beautiful condition and I had to have it. Chris was a great help in getting me all the information I needed in a short period of time and I was able to get financing and drive my new car off the lot that day which I had not expected! He was even gracious enough to follow me to the gas station and put a half a tank of gas in my new car.
