Good place When I went to buy my car, I went to another Nissan dealership close by. They did not have the car that I wanted and they got rude when I left. I found my car at the dealership in vallejo but I live closer to Walnut Creek so I started bringing it there. Since the first time I have always dealt with friendly, professional people. Even the shuttle drivers were very courteous and on time. My son has a Nissan as well and I’m trying to convert him to Walnut Creek. Great service, good people. More

my first experience was just perfect I recently moved from San Diego to Lafayette and needed 10,000 mile service for my Maxima. I called this dealership and they gave me an appointment ri I recently moved from San Diego to Lafayette and needed 10,000 mile service for my Maxima. I called this dealership and they gave me an appointment right away which was amazing. Then, when I got there, the service advisor Teri Carter, was just awesome. She addressed all my issues and serviced the car in less than 2 hours while I was waiting. I have never had such a great experience and I own 4 different cars with 4 different dealerships. I highly recommend this place. they are a small dealership but they care about you as this is your own personal shop. More

Nonetheless, the negotiating was simple and stress free - the first time I have ever left a dealership not feeling like I was put through the wringer. Overall a good experience Brought my car in for airbag recall service (which I assume was done correctly, not going to trigger it to find out!). When I got the car back there w Brought my car in for airbag recall service (which I assume was done correctly, not going to trigger it to find out!). When I got the car back there was a problem with the turn signal return cancel mechanism which was traced to a problem with reassembling the column after service completion. Brought the car back, problem was remedied right away. My service advisor couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Even though my car had to be returned a 2nd time I have no complaints and appreciate the service and attention I received. More
