Love the employees at Walnut Creek Nissan During the month of June, I have had 2 auto emergencies while home in Sonoma County on the weekend. Both times I contacted the local dealership first During the month of June, I have had 2 auto emergencies while home in Sonoma County on the weekend. Both times I contacted the local dealership first because they were closer. The first emergency, I was told they were booked and didn’t have time for a transmission issue (but apparently I did?); the 2nd emergency, they dumped me in voicemail twice and never returned my call. I called Walnut Creek and Terri answered the phone and told me to drive the vehicle as long as it felt safe and/or have it towed and she had me on the book for Monday and talked me off the “ledge”. For the 2nd emergency (battery), I spoke to Marco who gave me guidance on keeping the battery alive following the jump and told me to bring the car to them as soon as I could. I hadn’t confirmed I would have my Rogue there on Monday; I just dropped it off and they still had it fixed by end of business. And Terri was there as always to answer questions and keep me from stressing out. Walnut Creek Nissan has the best Service Team! More

Nissan Altima Service I had my Nissan Altima serviced yesterday. The service department is really good about only recommending the needed service.I ended up getting 4 new t I had my Nissan Altima serviced yesterday. Terri was really good about telling me my options and giving me the information I needed to make the right decision. I also would like to recognize the folks that make the appointments.
