I called for an oil change appt. 3 times. Let two messages and no one called me back(6 day period). Had a coupon for an oil change with a tire rotation. Waited 1 hr and 45 min. the 3 times. Let two messages and no one called me back(6 day period). Had a coupon for an oil change with a tire rotation. Waited 1 hr and 45 min. they told me that they couldn’t rotate the tires because of the wear on the two back tires. So an oil change took 1 hour and 45 min. Oh, yeah…they knew I was waiting and didn’t tell me this until it was all done. The Volkswagen service guy didn’t even apologize for not calling me back. Ridiculous More
