GREAT Intern I initially came to the dealership for a Genesis. Unfortunately, the one I was interested in didn’t have all of the features. I worked with two members of the AutoMax Atlanta staff--Jason Pak and Annette Wiggins. Both Pak and Wiggins were true professionals. They attempted to answer every question that we could think of. They worked with us patiently, giving us credit options. When it was clear that the best thing for us to do was to purchase the 2015 Lexus ES 350, Ms. Wiggins made sure that the business part of the purchase was efficient. Almost unbelievable (not in a good way) My salesperson Tice was friendly and polite. The positives stop there. First we come to see a vehicle which was advertised with one mileage quot My salesperson Tice was friendly and polite. The positives stop there. First we come to see a vehicle which was advertised with one mileage quote, but when we looked at it had over 2,000 miles more than was stated. I asked why the discrepancy and was told "The owners wife drove it out of town on a trip". Really....to Texas and back? One would think they would discount it at least a little for the owners wifes free ride, but no such luck. My wife was set on this vehicle so we got it anyway. We asked for 2 things to be done, a couple of touch-up paint spots and a piece of molding around one of the back windows. I came back after having to call them to ask if they had what they needed and was told sure come on over. Got there to spend an hour for the touch-up (which was adequate) and then they GLUED the old window molding back down. Seriously, glue? It didn't even last through the 35-mile trip home. I asked before I left that I wanted the new piece as I had stated originally. Had to make another 70-mile round trip to get this taken care of and spend another 2+ hours with travel time and wait time to get it done. Now I am waiting and waiting on the license tag to show up, but it never did and time is starting to grow short. It has literally been several weeks. I called them to ask and found out that although they charged me for it, the taxes were paid but not the tag, nor had it received a required emission inspection. As a car dealer in Atlanta, they absolutely knew this had to be done prior to getting a tag. So I spend $35 ($20 for decal, $15 for inspection) and go spend an hour at the tag office just to get my tag which they should have already taken care of. Now not that this isn't enough to make you shy away from them already, but then I come to find out that they obviously peddled my loan around multiple places because in checking my credit report I have lost a lot of points off my score because I had so many hard credit inquiries on my report, just to get this ONE car! And I know what I speak of because I used to work for 2 decades at the credit bureau. This place is only looking to shuffle you in and out, does not care about your good name or their own promises, and I would not trust them to sell my pet a vehicle after this experience. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere (and I truly hope and PRAY that they read this). I would love to hear your excuses for this shoddy experience! More

I have brought many cars and this dealership is the worst!! The service is terrible! Salesman treat you like just a sale! Horrible managers especially a manger named Cleveland!
