Worth the ride! We drove from Macon to visit this dealership. I have to say it was worth the drive! Stanley knew who we were when we pulled up and had the keys for We drove from Macon to visit this dealership. I have to say it was worth the drive! Stanley knew who we were when we pulled up and had the keys for the vehicle we wanted in hand. They are very honest, not pushy at all. The cars really sell themselves because the prices are great! The vehicle we wanted was priced about $4000 lower then surrounding competitors in Georgia. Great selection of Luxury cars. Go see Stanley! More

We looked for weeks for the right vehicle and got very lucky to find the one we bought from Automax. We called and got very prompt service over the phone by Lakeem Jackson! Then when we got there everyone was very hospitable; it felt like going to a friend's house. They did EVERYTHING to help us get what we wanted. We made all of the decisions with out being hassled to get something that we did not want or need. Typically when one goes to a car dealership, it is not a pleasant experience. My husband did not want to look for a car because he did not want to deal with being harassed or pushed into things that we did not want or need. We were both completely surprised by the experience at Automax Atlanta in Lilburn, GA. I have NEVER done a review on a dealership because I was taught that when you have nothing nice to say you should say nothing at all. We LOVE Automax Atlanta!! More

He exceeded my expectations as a buyer and showed superior customer service. I live in Augusta, GA and Stanley and another member of the staff drove from the dealership on a Friday night to Augusta to deliver my new Honda right to my driveway! I bought an Acura TL from Omar at Automax Atlanta. I purchased the car out of state and had the car delivered. The pictures online showed that the car was in excellent condition. I asked Omar if there purchased the car out of state and had the car delivered. The pictures online showed that the car was in excellent condition. I asked Omar if there was anything wrong with it to verify it's condition. The car had 1 yr left on the factory warranty, so I had some peace of mind. When the car arrived I noticed that there were a lot of minor issues wrong with it: Driver's side rear seat panel broken Floormats (promised that these would come with car. When Omar sent me the floormats the driver's side was missing) Oil Change & Filter (You'd expect a dealer to take care of this when selling a car) Front License Plate Bracket (required in my state) Check Engine Light on Airbag Light on Tire pressure Light on Both Factory Keys were dead (had to replace batteries). I would NOT recommend this dealer. All of these issues combined with poor customer service have made this purchase very difficult. I have purchased many cars from out of state dealers with no issues, the transactions were pretty seamless. But this purchase is by far the worst experience. More
