I cannot say anything negative at all about the people I worked with. I live in the country about 150 miles from Shawnee. It makes trying to purchase anything a bit more tedious. I needed a car but I was limited in resources, wanted low mileage and needed something in the mid-size range to accommodate my 82 year old aunt. It's difficult for her to get up and down. I visited the online listing of cars and a window popped up with Melissa Jennings asking if she could help me. I don't think I could have found anyone more attentive, helpful and eager to help me locate something which would work for my particular situation. I asked her about one particular car, but it turned out that it wouldn't work for what I needed. Over the next day, Melissa searched for me and located a car in Shawnee she thought would be perfect. She called me and I arranged to make the trip. I asked if she would be there and she told me no but to ask for Thomas. She then notified the Shawnee store that I was very interested in the particular car she was talking about and told them about what time I would be there. Once I got to Shawnee I met Thomas Billings. He came right up and introduced himself and asked my name. He then went to get the car and parked it right in front so I could get to it easily. He explained the history of the car, showed me the CarFax without my asking and began showing me the features. It was exactly what I was looking for. We went for a test drive and then returned to do the paperwork. Both employees were courteous, helpful and most of all, they listened to what I was saying. They did not try to push me toward a higher priced car. Neither did they try to talk me into something I didn't want. My experience all the way around was far better than I expected. There wasn't any pressure whatsoever. I would recommend either one of these employees and definitely the dealership in Shawnee.
