My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with the dealership and the salesman who helped us. We were not pressured or harassed and felt like everyone wanted us to leave with the vehicle we were most dealership and the salesman who helped us. The service was great I inquired about the car online, was called a few short minutes later. They asked if I wanted to test drive it that day. Went in they had it ready for me. I even got the car for 2k less than the original price. Two days later Dax even came in on his day off to help me finish the paperwork so I could take the car home. I initially worked with Kat Adams who ultimately put me in touch with the Shawnee dealership. Kat was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. She conducted a great deal of pricing in touch with the Shawnee dealership. Kat was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. She conducted a great deal of pricing research and gave me the best deal that I could possibly get anywhere. She was diligent and professional with each return phone call. Our experience with AutoMax was awesome. We had submitted all of our information online therefore when we went in to the dealership we had already taken care of the majority of the work.
