They did a great job showing me all the flaws via facetime and videos. They even put the car on a lift so I could see the underside! I'm sure they could have sold this car to someone local as soon as it hit their lot, but they took their time and worked with me as I was the first person to reach out to them about it. We completed the transaction in days and they facilitated the transport, which went smoothly. The bottom line is they did a great job! More

They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and never felt pushed into anything. The day of the delivery Mike in finance was wonderful vehicle and paperwork were delivered at the exact time promised and when we had a question Mike got right on the phone to clear up our concern, which was a DMV transfer difference that due to our last minute transfer the charge was off by about $30 (we were refunded quickly).
