This was my first time buying a car on my own. I was very nervous. I spent some time emailing Christian back and forth and became confident that he would actually want to help me find a car that I wanted...not that he wanted to sell. Christian and Mike worked very well together to help find a car that was what I was looking for. Mark in finance was very efficient and professional as well as polite during the whole signing process. I am amazed that I left the lot with not only a car, but with the feeling that I was appreciated as a customer and that I had a car that was going to last me a long time to come. I would completely recommend this service to anyone looking for a new or used car. You will not find "vultures" (salesmen) here; only people that care and love doing their job by simply helping you find what you want. More

Over all it went well until the next morning I had a low tire on the 2011 Kia Optima we bought we also bought a 2011 Ford Fusion at the same time. I took the tire to discount to have nitrogen put in. I was told that the tires were badly worn 7/32 on the front and 4-5/32 on the back. 3/32 is totally worn out and very dangerous in rain or snow. Discount said they were surprised that they would sell a vehicle with these tires on it. I have left 2-3 messages for Austin and finally spoke to him. He said he would see what he could do. That was two days ago. I will call this morning once again. We are return customers and we purchased two vehicles at the same time you would think this would not be an issue and we would get more attention or with more respect as not many people buy two 2011 vehicles at the same time. I would sure like for them to make this rite so I can change this review and not make a report to the BBB (better business bureau). ***Austin Roberts was not aware that service had not contacted us and Did call and make things rite. Austin and Automotive Avenues made araingments to put tires om my Kia. I will make it known that Automotive Avenues is a great to find a nice slightly used vehicle and feel good about bieng a customer. We had a great experience when we purchased our Ford Fusion through Automotive Avenues two years ago so they were the first dealership we contacted when we needed a new car last month after ours was tot Fusion through Automotive Avenues two years ago so they were the first dealership we contacted when we needed a new car last month after ours was totalled in an accident. I received a phone call from Christian Spangler with in minutes of sending an email explaining what we were looking for and we went over our options. Knowing that we were pretty beat up after the accident and didn't feel like driving all over town, Christian went out of his way to find what we were looking for and have it delivered to Automotive Avenues so that we could test drive it. We were able to get a new loan with Bellco right away and take our car home that day. Christian and everyone at Automotive Avenues was wonderful to work with and helped us through a very stressful situation! We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!!! More
