It was a great experience, not being stocked when looking around, but if questions, there was always someone to call you sales person and there he'd be....I don't like to be pressured, we know what we wanted around, but if questions, there was always someone to call you sales person and there he'd be....I don't like to be pressured, we know what we wanted and what we could afford....and that was respected. We still have not received the $50 gift car for test driving the car, but I am sure it's coming. I love the car, Duane said he thought he had a car for me and he absolutely did. I and my husband both love the car!! The process went smooth from start to finish/financing. Inside the building was nice and clean and comfortable. I would not mark you lower for this, however, there is one thing I wanted to make you aware of...the day we came, it was cloudy, darkish out and raining, so we tried to examine the car as much as we could see...later, we noticed we missed one thing that may end up costing us $ to replace if needed? On the front passenger side tire, there is a slice on the exterior wall of the tire..being on the front in a front wheel drive makes me a little nervous..but it was too late to work anything out about the tire and I would have sent this in sooner, however, I have not been well. You guys are great. I work for Kaiser Permanente and have told many about how great that there's not haggling and untruth! Thank you, Karen and Troy Young More

AA was recommended by Bellco, I already found the ideal car at another dealership. AA's consistency and offer to get me a better price and ability to get the car i wanted was enticing to say the least. But car at another dealership. AA's consistency and offer to get me a better price and ability to get the car i wanted was enticing to say the least. But that was all false when I actually sat down with finance. I asked for no money down, I had to pay money down. The said that they would certify the car and get that warranty but I was forced into some wrap warranty. I was upfront with all my options and was promised they would do them but in the end I got screwed in finance. I was better off buying the car from the original dealership. Lesson learned! More

We were looking for a 4runner and had the hardest time finding something very clean with low mileage in our price range. Duane found us a great deal that was 2g under under what everyone else had. The overall experience was so great that we decided to trade in our Subaru for a sedan too. Duane and Auto Aves found us an amazing deal on an Audi A4 and we ended up leaving the dealership with a car payment that was substantially less then the one we had when we left. I couldn't be more happy with the purchases we have made and I would recommend Duane and Auto Aves to everyone buying a car. We got a fare price for our trade in and Duane gave us all the information and literature about the cars we bought including the NADA and Blue Book values. The Financing was great too, we got a better rate through a different credit Nikon saving us thousands over the life of our loans. I will never buy another car from anyone else. More
