It was a great experience, not being stocked when looking around, but if questions, there was always someone to call you sales person and there he'd be....I don't like to be pressured, we know what we wanted around, but if questions, there was always someone to call you sales person and there he'd be....I don't like to be pressured, we know what we wanted and what we could afford....and that was respected. We still have not received the $50 gift car for test driving the car, but I am sure it's coming. I love the car, Duane said he thought he had a car for me and he absolutely did. I and my husband both love the car!! The process went smooth from start to finish/financing. Inside the building was nice and clean and comfortable. I would not mark you lower for this, however, there is one thing I wanted to make you aware of...the day we came, it was cloudy, darkish out and raining, so we tried to examine the car as much as we could see...later, we noticed we missed one thing that may end up costing us $ to replace if needed? On the front passenger side tire, there is a slice on the exterior wall of the tire..being on the front in a front wheel drive makes me a little nervous..but it was too late to work anything out about the tire and I would have sent this in sooner, however, I have not been well. AA was recommended by Bellco, I already found the ideal car at another dealership. AA's consistency and offer to get me a better price and ability to get the car i wanted was enticing to say the least. But car at another dealership. AA's consistency and offer to get me a better price and ability to get the car i wanted was enticing to say the least. But that was all false when I actually sat down with finance. I asked for no money down, I had to pay money down. The said that they would certify the car and get that warranty but I was forced into some wrap warranty. I was upfront with all my options and was promised they would do them but in the end I got screwed in finance. I was better off buying the car from the original dealership. Lesson learned! More

I appreciated having the sales consultant bring the car to me, as I had no transportation and no one to take me to the dealership at that time. Receptionist was courteous and friendly. The problem was due to faulty emissions testing procedures and was rectified. When the same light went on again and I took the car back in, the problem was promptly diagnosed, the part ordered, and a timely appointment made. The service department is clean, seems well-run, and inspires donfidence. Overall, I had a positive experience and have recommended Automotive Avenues to my daughter for when she buys her next car.
