I was amazed by how accommodating and professional our salesperson, Cheryl Mensch, was this evening when we stopped by to look at a Versa we saw in extended inventory on the internet. We are in the middl salesperson, Cheryl Mensch, was this evening when we stopped by to look at a Versa we saw in extended inventory on the internet. We are in the middle of a remodel and have a wedding in two-and-a-half weeks so we have very limited time but had just had one of our cars totaled. We were not able to arrive until 7 minutes after the time she planned to go home, but instead of being short/ticked off she was pleasant and helpful. She found the Versa we were interested in had already been sold but found others for our consideration. She asked for a moment while we were looking and we thought it was for a personal matter. Upon her return she informed us that she was able to locate a brand new Versa for less than the amount of the Versa we had originally been interested in. WOW! if that wasn't impressive enough I mentioned in small talk as we we closing our deal that I had been surprised by the jump in the auto loan interest rate we had been offered from the Car we bought earlier this year. After asking a few questions she asked for permission to run a credit check through the other credit agencies and after doing so was able to offer a two%+ reduction on our auto loan's interest rate. I am left contemplating how I can be as good at my job as Cheryl is at hers. On a personal level, as we continued in small talk closing the deal I rambled a bit about our upcoming nuptials. I was wanting to surprise the wedding party with mani/pedis but had never been to a salon and the bride is very sensitive to strong odors. I did not know who to trust, who had fair rates, who was more spa and less stinky when she mentioned she had been to several salons and was able to recommend a name and number for a spa that met my special requirements. I love Cheryl!!! During a stressful time in my life she was AMAZING! I don't know when I last had a conversation that someone listened so carefully to what I was saying and did so much to help me out. My Best Wishes for what I'm sure is and will continue to be a very successful career!!! More
