Yes. This is the third vehicle I have bought though auto aves. 1st in 1998 used. I still have it 14 years later. I like being able to take any car out without having a sales person in the back seat. I dread the idea of buying a car from the "typical" car dealership, due to past experience. Within 24 hours, they had located the exact vehicle I was looking for, and even one of my top choices for color. What was more, the price was well below the list price for the model year, making my Premium 2009 Forester the same price as a standard model at other dealerships. We were in contact with Automotive Avenue through our Credit Union. Our Credit Union rep left a message for Dan Krofta on a day that happened to be his day off. He called our rep back, met with her at noon to get the information on the car we were looking for and within an hour had found exactly what we were looking for and at a price that we were happy with. We live 4 hours from this dealership and he made arrangements to meet with us on a Saturday morning (2 days from when he found the car) to pick up the car. When we called and said we might be delayed because of weather he said it was no problem we could work it out. We also asked to have the windows tinted and wondered if that would be a problem and we were told it would not. We ended up not being delayed, came in on Saturday and bought the exact car we were looking for. We have recommended Automotive Avenue to several of our friends and co-workers. More

This dealership and those that I worked with did a great job of making me feel welcome. They helped me find the right car for me and were always upfront and honest about the qualities of the different cars job of making me feel welcome. My only criticism is that sometimes the communication felt as though I were just another number and that they had little patience for me and my decision-making process. On at least one occasion, they made an assumption that I would be coming in for a visit when I had never promised that I would be able to make it in. And their interactions with me after that left me with a sense of guilt...as if I *had* made a promise that I hadn't kept. Also, the woman working the front desk lacked the friendly charm that I think this dealership wants as the first face that many potential customers might meet. She was mostly abrupt and unfriendly in my few interactions with her. More
