It feels good to know that they really are concerned with whether or not I was happy with my purchase. That was not what I expected from a car dealership. I enjoyed the no hassle, no pressure and no haggle approach. Cheryl was very nice and really understood what kind of car I was looking for. She gave me the keys to a few cars and let me go by myself to test drive them and that made all the difference. She did not pressure me into buying a particular car. When our car broke down we were in desperate need of a new car. We went to Automotive Avenues, and couldn't be happier. They really worked with us to get us into a car that night. In fact, they even stayed late to get everything arranged, so that I could drive home in my car that night. My experience with Automotive Avenues was amazing. I do not regret it. This was my first and only visit to this dealer. I had expected a hassle but sailed through with no complications, and then the car I bought was delivered to my driveway! Inside and out, and under the hood, the Corolla looks like it's never been driven, yet it's affordable! It's made my daily commute to work a pleasure, not least because it goes 300 miles on a tank of gas and will save me nearly $1,000 in annual fuel expense. So, I would say my experience with Automotive Avenues was beyond good; it was fun! My thanks to President Bill Green and everyone at Automotive Avenues for a very rewarding experience. More

Overall, I had a good experience here when buying my new car. I have never purchased a car before so I have nothing to compare my experience to, but both James Morrison and Jerry McKay were very friendly a car. I did feel rushed a little at the end when signing papers, especially since I really didn't know how it all worked and what I was doing, but I suppose I should have brought someone more experienced with me. At any rate, I would highly recommend Automotive Avenues. The car I purchased has been running great and I am really glad that they were able to help find the perfect car for me. More

This was the best car buying experience of my life and I will be back if I ever need a new car again. I emailed my Sales Rep Tami Myers the options I was looking for in my 2012 Toyota Tacoma and within a c will be back if I ever need a new car again. I emailed my Sales Rep Tami Myers the options I was looking for in my 2012 Toyota Tacoma and within a couple of days Tami had my vehicle. At the time I was also getting a quote from a dealership and Tami beat them on price and crushed them on the value for my trade in. I met with Tami on a Friday and drove the new vehicle home to test drive -- no commitment. I returned on Saturday morning and finalized the purchase. Tami was great during the whole process and at no point in time was there ever high pressure placed on me to complete the deal. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle outside of a dealership and it was so easy the in the future when looking for a new car I will use Automotive Avenues.
