I would recommend this dealership to everyone. The cars were in very good quality. I bought a 1999 Toyota, so not the newest thing out there, and Automotive Avenues went out their way to help me. They found a warranty I still qualified for, even thought the car was 11 years old! The lot was overflowing with customers the day I went in and all the employes were very kind and didn't make me wait very long. Kat, my sales representative, was clearly very busy today because she was getting paged about once every 30min and yet she was still very kind and helpful; but I am sure she was running around like a chicken without a head behind our backs. :-) I think at one point she was getting questions from three different customers at the same time and she was very helpful to all of us. Jerry McKay was extremely helpful with the purchase of our first Lexus RX330. He was not going to be satified until we were satified. Hi Jerry, Janet and I would like to thank you for your help in purchasing our new vehicle. I would hope that the entire sales force at Automotive Avenues are as professional as you were. You were not eager to pressure us into a sale which allowed us to move at a comfortable pace. The process actually advanced faster than I though it would. This was the second vehicle we have purchase from your company. Both times we were treated similar by the sales department, kudos to the sales department and Jerry. All was going very well until our meeting with your finance department. I hope I have the spelling correct of the persons name if not I apologize. Rheannon's attitude and customer service skills were poor at best! I will try to explain the issues as best as I can, I'm sure I could do better verbally, so do not hesitate to call me. I cannot believe that spending almost $30,000 this type of arrogance is condoned. * First issue was some how the wrong credit union was listed. When I corrected the young and very inconsiderate finance person she became very irritated and her attitude changed from pleasant to rude. This brought out her immaturity. * From that moment on whenever Rheannon would point out something on the paper work to us she would slam her pen down on that part of the paper work being discussed. She would then read the information so fast it was hard to understand her ( reminded me of TV commercials when they read the disclaimers). * She could not give me a good reason why I needed to provide all loan type information when we had been approved for way more than the loan amount. Maybe this is your normal business procedure, which would have been an acceptable answer. * She was irritated that I could not provide an appointment time I had with my credit union to do my loan. I tried to explain to her I had been in contact with them and that Automotive Avenues was the hold up. My credit union could do nothing until paper was was received from you. I visited with my credit union today after signing my loan papers. I suggested to them if Automotive Avenues continues to allow this type of customer service ( in the finance area ) to continue that they should do business some place else. This will be the last vehicle I will purchase from Automotive Avenues unless something changes. I would think that the number one goal for Automotive Avenues should be to provide the very best customer service, no matter what! Thank you Don and Janet Trimmer More
We recently found ourselves in need of a minivan. Our Town & Country was breaking down practically monthly! Our experience at the dealership was great! The receptionist and the other staff were very nice to our kids. Tom was great at answering all of our questions and always responded to us quickly. I originally went to a Ford Dealership to browse used cars. However, when the salesman found out what I was looking for and the price I needed he pretty much blew me off. He took a cell phone call and left me alone in the lot for over ten minutes. So when I went to Automotive Avenues I was a bit cautious. When Tom Sullivan approached me I was not very receptive but finally realized he was really there to help me and get me the best deal. The dealership had incredible cars at a great price. I found the one I wanted that day and got a great deal. When I returned the next day to start the paperwork I had to bring my Doberman Sage with me. They insisted I bring him inside while I waited. Other than no one knew my name but Tom, they certainly got to know Sage. It was a fun experience and it gave me the opportunity to socialize Sage with so many great people. The next day I noticed a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the car and called Tom. He set me up to get a full detail job next week. They also gave me four new tires without hesitation. I don't remember the gal who did my paperwork. People always treat you so nice when you are looking for a car but the real hassle is usually when you go inside to do the paperwork. I didn't experience any of that and really appreciate the assistance she gave me. I was referred to Automotive Avenues by the Credit Union of Colorado (SE Denver). Kat is very responsive and kind. When I called to ask about getting my title to my trade-in to them, he literally said, "I don't know what to tell you - they close and lock the gate at 7:00 pm" - NOT good customer service in the least. I asked to have someone contact me and I didn't receive any response. Also, I would have like to receive more for my trade-in. Though not in perfect condition, I believe it was worth more than the "estimated" $1150 or so for my 2003 Chev Tracker. Thank you to all of the kind employees that provided great customer service at Automotive Aves., including Mark in Financing. I appreciate it and have provided referalls to my friends and family, sending them to Auto. Aves. More
We had a very positive experience. The salesman was not pushy, he allowed us to test drive in our neigborhood which was very important to us. On the Sales Side Don was very clear about the breakdown of pricing and where the various costs came from and were applied.
