This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Cheryl was amazing and I never felt like I was "being sold" a car. I explained my situation of my car breaking down, being a single mom and needing safe and reliable transportation, as well as my recent medical and credit problems. I didn't know what I wanted or could afford and she asked me very practical questions about what I needed it for, what I did for work, my family, etc. She even offered to pick me up at my house since I was stranded! When she arrived she was very easy to talk to and I felt like she really cared about my situation. I wasn't even sure if I was prepared to buy a car that day and she said she didn't mind taking me just to look. Sounds like a line, I know, but she sincerely didn't once try to get me to purchase anything. She showed me a few practical, affordable cars that I liked and then we walked through the lot and I found my Honda Pilot. I had wanted one of these for years and didn't think I could afford it. Due to some hail damage, I was able to get it at an amazing price. I test drove it and was in love. Due to my credit I was worried about getting a loan but Mark worked hard for me and got me approved with a fantastic interest rate at a credit union other than my own. He also helped me get the warranty I wanted at a price I could afford. To top off my experience, they did a gift drawing and I won $100 cash which paid for my first month of insurance! I've now recommended Auto Aves to friends and family and will definitely be purchasing my next car here when my daughter is ready to drive. If you are a woman who always feels taken advantage of when you set foot on a car lot, you have found where you should buy a car. Now if only they could help me with the house buying process and a camping trailer.... More

I looked on-line for many months at their web site, when I went in on a busy Saturday afternoon I was greeted and taken around by my sales rep. Dan was very professional and listened to our needs. We liked not having to deal directly with a dealer salesperson. Dan was available when he said he'd be. The last few times we've test driven a car, a dealer salesperson always had to accompany us. We are adults and appreciate that at Automotive Aves we were treated that way by not requiring someone to accompany us on a test drive. It's much easier to test drive a car and discuss pros and cons without that salesperson in the back seat. Also, when we came to pick up our new car, all paperwork was ready. All we had to do was sign a few times and we were on our way. It only took about 15 minutes. The second key fob and the owner's manual were not with the car when we picked it up. Dan said he would see that those items were delivered to us right away. We picked up the car on Saturday morning; those items were in our hands by the following Tuesday afternoon. Dan did what he said he'd do and followed through without our having to call and remind him; that's great customer service. We've already recommended Dan and Automotive Avenues to some friends and we'll be repeat customers ourselves in the future. More

We had a very pleasant No Pressure experience buying a car from this dealer. When we arrived for our appointment, Christian gave us a list of cars based on what we had spoken about over the phone and tol car from this dealer. Right on time, he came back when we were ready to test drive a few vehicles. After our 2nd test drive, Christian told us he has just spotted a car finishing in detail and thought we might like to have a look at it. It was the find of the day for us! We drove it off the lot after a painless signature session with Rhiann. We were treated professionally, courteously and it was by far the BEST experience we've ever had buying a car. Then when it came time for servicing we figured perhaps we should go back to a Toyota dealership. But am I glad I didn't! Jerry and the rest of the service staff has been amazing. I was dreading looking for a used car because I didn't want to be beseiged by pushy salespeople.
