We really enjoyed working with Leah. She was friendly, understanding, and organized. She also went the extra mile for us many times by picking up a car from another dealership that we were interested in understanding, and organized. After we bought this same car, she drove to our house to drop off the extra keys a few days later. Leah was also very honest. We hired Automotive Avenues to complete a 240 point inspection on the car, and they discovered that there was a problem with the car. Leah was very upfront with us about the problem and the potential cost to fix it. Leah is also a great listener. After having bought a lemon car previously, I was very nervous about purchasing another car. She was patient with my worrying and worked through each concern with me. She listened and she cared and she made sure that I was happy. We are so pleased with our experience at Automotive Avenues. We didn't feel any pressure from any one on the lot, and every employee was friendly and helpful. We came in owing far too much on a Jeep that needed repairs. We were in a very difficult position. Several other dealerships had said there was no way we could get a car. We found the car we wanted at a Toyota dealer but we felt the price was too high so we called Automotive Avenues and spoke with Duane.
