Our salesperson, Tanzeem, was wonderful to work with. He listened to what we wanted and worked to help us get our truck. On the other hand, Mark Worrik in the Finance department was not as pleasant or he listened to what we wanted and worked to help us get our truck. Buying experience was as good as it gets for buying a vehicle. Never a fun process, but all the employees I dealt with knew what they were doing and made the experience pleasant. One negative was no one explained any of the features of the car and there was no manual. They did say they would get us one, but that didn't help for the way home. Plus no second key stinks since Subaru charges 150.00 dollars and we have 2 drivers, we rally need a spare key. No floor mats stinks, even a 5 dollar one would be nice since it was raining when we drove the car home. I can buy nice ones later. The piece of paper that was in there is just ridicules. Prices are competitive and test driving without the salesmen in the car was cool. Overall I was satisfied and will buy more cars from here in the future. More
