Wiper repair As a result of driving home in the hailstorm, my wipers got stuck and wouldn't move. Since more rain was predicted, we had to have wipers that work As a result of driving home in the hailstorm, my wipers got stuck and wouldn't move. Since more rain was predicted, we had to have wipers that worked. When I came in the following day, my problem was promptly assessed, and it was able to be fixed while I waited. I also was reminded of an oil change being due, so that was done also. My husband, Richard, and I were both relieved to have these things taken care of during the couple of hours I waited. He really lived up to the company's goal of a no hassle experience and even offered to come in on his day off to help us out. He really just wanted us to be happy and find the right car. My fiance Ben & the whole crew of Automotive Avenues are experts at making the customer feel at ease on their lot and throughout the entire process. My fiance and I were commenting all the way home that this was absolutely the easiest and most laid-back buying experience we've ever had. When I first arrived on their lot, Ben came out to greet me and said that I was free to look around and even sit in any of the cars I wanted because they were all unlocked - and then he left me alone to check out the cars! He gave me space which is almost unheard of on those high-pressure sales lots. Then once I had a car picked out, we started the preliminary paperwork process. That evening I came back with my fiance and Ben was super helpful in getting the rest of the paperwork finished in record time. Then we talked with CJ in financing (Go Rockies!) and he zipped us right along. The next day we came back because we really wanted key fobs for our new car and they got us 2 brand new ones at no charge!!! The entire experience was absolutely awesome and we'll absolutely recommend Automotive Avenues to every carbon-based life form with a pulse. Thank you Auto Aves. More

Great car buying experience!!! I went to help my mother buy a new car, and was dreading the non-sense that comes with shopping for a new car. Reasonable pricing! They were terrific! Very patient with us, very nice and courteous. We worked with Jill and Jared and couldn't be more happier! Jared helped us the whole way and took care of us. He is very good at what he does! Very genuine. Someone should give this guy a raise!!! I was impressed with the whole process and even though they weren't going to give us much for our trade-in and decided to keep it, we love the new car, love the warranty coverages. They explained everything over again, when we didn't understand something fully. We also worked with Jacob in financing, he was also extremely great and good at what he does. It didn't take all day as what I'm used to. It was a pleasant experience and gives hope that there is still good service out there, which is extremely hard to find these days. They all had wonderful attitudes. I will most likely shop there for my own vehicle next time around because I trust them and would definitely recommend! I don't normally write reviews unless they are bad ones, but I thought everyone should know how great they are.
