Don't do a trade in! I have no problem with their no haggle prices, and like the fact they leave you alone to browse. The problem I had was that we had a balance due on our trade in, (that's where they make their money), and though they have room to move on the price, they low-balled us, and put a lot more on the loan of the new vehicle, than was actually necessary. They also knew my husband really wanted the truck, which I thought took advantage of him. Now, we can't refinance because we owe more than the value of the truck. The difference, ironically, is the same amount they put on from the trade. This was our fourth vehicle from them, but no more. They have great deals if you're just buying, but I wouldn't do a trade. Lost all of my respect for them. More

Due to previous experiences, I bring my brother along who just recently purchased a car from Auto Aves with the help from Tami . After going to a few other dealerships, ( I started with a quick run through Auto Aves) and being pushed around and guided to cars I wasn't 100% comfortable with, I decide one last glace through the lot on our way home. I have to say, I am glad I did! This was the most comfortable I had been in a car dealership all day - Tami is great! Non pushy, easy going, friendly, really the whole staff was very knowledgeable,they made it an easy choice to purchase the car I did. I will never by from a standard dealership again - it may be another 11 years...:) but never again! ** headlight was way out of alignment, not noticed until on drive home, took me a week to get back up to the dealership, The did all necessary adjustments and at no cost - the service staff is great! I was in and out in less then an hour, with an explanation of what they did. This is the place to buy and service your car - hands down! More

Such a pleasant experience! I *had* to purchase a vehicle because the car I loved was totaled in an accident. Instead of buying a new car, I wanted to buy a reliable and fair-priced used one, and I needed one quickly, so I searched the Auto Aves extensive online inventory. It was easy to find what I was interested in and I requested more information via email. Dan Krofta got back to me right away, not to pressure me into making the purchase, but rather to offer his assistance. Auto Aves had several vehicles that fit my needs. I test drove them, made the best choice for my family, and filled out minimal paperwork to purchase it. All of the pricing is no-haggle and exactly in line with Consumer Reports' vehicle values. The cars have been inspected and cleaned, with minor repairs completed as necessary. This entire process was so easy and, surprisingly, fun! The entire staff, not just Dan, took very good care of me the entire time. Everyone is friendly and kind, but it goes beyond being polite to customers. They are nice to each other as well--I think the staff enjoys working at Auto Aves and they also enjoy working together. I appreciate doing business with this kind of company.
