We have never had such an easy time buying a vehicle- from start to finish, prices were transparent, a wide variety of options were available to us, and our salesperson was incredibly patient as we changed our minds time and time again. sales is great but service is lacking Cj, Jane and Dennis were wonderful to work with! They were doing what they should but in doing so we left with a vehicle that had bad breaks. They were told that it only needed detailed, so off we went in our new car. We purchased on Saturday and I went back on Monday to take the title for the old vehicle in and that's when they noticed it had not even been through any inspection. When they told me this they stated that service had signed off on the inspection expecting to finish at another time. At that point I was told they would have the car until 3pm, they would do a full inspection and the detailing that I was owed. At about 130 in the afternoon I received a call that they were going to need longer and to stay in the rental car until they called. At this point I have now spent 2 full days at the dealership! They did the breaks and said I would have to come back again for the other small fixes and the detailing. I asked what time they open and was told 8am on Saturday, I had a list of what was left to do and went to get my car parked in the rear alley, with all of my belongings in it,the windows down, car unlocked and some guy who didn't even work there covered in filth going thru my new car! I make sure I am there very early on Saturday as they supposedly open at 8, the gates open at 745 and the service hours listed on the door say 730, they lied to me again. I'm told that all will be fixed and they detailing would be done, that they only need the car for 3 hours. Everything I saw my car it was sitting on the main shop aisle with nobody around. Finally at 1015 they tell me it is ready. I go out and get told that they did not replace the step side tread but that they had glued and taped it- if that was going to work it would have been fine when the last person did it as you could see the previous repair! The car still has not been detailed and there was no mention of it being done in the future! My family and I will not be returning simply because of how the service side of things is run. More

When I was finally able to make it Automotive Avenues I was greeted promptly and courteously. I drove several vehicles before settling on one. The sales force is an amazing group of people. Honest, attentive, knowledgeable and long on patience. I worked with their finance department, which was seamless and again, very knowledgeable about any and every question I had. I also worked with the maintenance department and you can't ask for a better group of people to work with. Every single person I interacted with at this dealership was amazing. They all made me feel as if I was the only customer they had to deal with. I'll be pointing every person I know, in the market for a vehicle, to this establishment first. More
